In this class, you’ll learn the appliqué and embellishment process, with options for both hand and machine sewing. We’ll also explore creative variations, including adding machine embroidery details and swapping out words to suit any season or occasion, from “boo” to “love” and beyond.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
These fun felt appliqué ornaments make a cheerful and colorful addition to your holiday tree. The pattern includes appliqué templates and instructions to make four ornaments ranging in size from 9" X 3½" to 5" X 3½", but during the event you'll learn how to create more for different holidays and occasions, too.
Whether you choose to do the appliquĂ© by hand or machine, the same thread applies! This heavyweight thread gives a nice texture to the finished ornaments while giving you creative options.Â
